client, a well-established Interior Solutions/Joinery Company providing
services to commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate and urban
lifestyle projects, is now seeking professionals with a proven track
record in joinery / interior fit-outs. PROJECT MANAGERS - Job Category:
Furniture & Joinery / Job Ref. No. LOBO/2508/2012. The incumbent
will be responsible for the project from inception to completion;
coordination, planning and execution, relations with client
representatives, architects, consultants and other contractors /
subcontractors; liaison with the design team; site meetings and
budgetary compliance; checking the BOQs; ensuring the quality of the
work as per the job specifications; preparing the planning schedules;
estimation and coordinating with clients, contractors and consultants.
Applicants should be Civil Engineers; with seven to ten years of proven
track record of the above responsibilities within a reputed interior
fit-outs / joinery organization in the Middle East will be considered.
