Per Month Dubai. Charterhouse Partnership is currently working with one
of the region’s leading and reputable law fi rms who are looking to hire
an Arabic speaking Junior Real Estate Lawyer to join their established
real estate team in Dubai. As a Junior Real Estate Lawyer you will be
responsible for preparing and drafting legal documentation, reviewing
legislations as well as advising clients on bespoke real estate sales
and purchase documentation. You will be responsible for cases relating
to property leasing; dealing with landlord and tenant issues regarding
their retail, commercial or residential properties. You will also advise
on joint venture, development and management agreements for real estate
projects and real estate fi nance agreements. You will have a strong
understanding of risk, liability and insurance and you will provide
advice to clients on these matters. The successful candidate should hold
a law Degree and possess two to four years PQE as well as previous
experience within a UAE based law fi rm. You should be able to manage a
heavy work load and thrive within a fast paced, challenging environment.
The ideal candidate should speak fl uent Arabic and English as well as
